Refund Policy
Patrons are responsible for reviewing the name of the event, the date, and ticket category/price prior to purchase. Once an order has been processed, GFN Productions shall have no obligation to refund, exchange, or cancel tickets. Event programming, performers, dates, and times of events are subject to change without notice. Inclement weather shall not be cause for refund.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing a ticket to an event, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.
GFN Productions respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding any personal information you provide to us through our website, www.gfnproductions.ca and/or other websites operated by our authorized partners.
Our authorized partners including service providers may process your personal information in conjunction with our business activities. These service providers include but are not limited to ticketing and payment platform providers. We do not authorize our service providers to disclose your personal information to unauthorized parties. Additionally, service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for their direct marketing purposes.
GFN Productions may, at its sole discretion, send electronic correspondence to patrons, whether for the purpose of promoting events or otherwise. Electronic correspondence sent by GFN Productions will offer patrons the option to be removed from our mailing list.
The above Privacy Policy applies only to services and products provided by GFN Productions and we are not responsible for the business practices of third parties. GFN Productions reserves the right to modify or change this Privacy Policy at any time.
Terms of Use
Ticket sales are final, per our Refund Policy. Ticket holders/event patrons agree to comply with the Terms set out herewith.
Assigned Seating
Patrons agree to occupy the seat corresponding to their respective tickets. Patrons who do not occupy their assigned seats or otherwise disrupt a performance may be expelled by GFN Productions.
Late Seating
To avoid disruption of the performance, latecomers and any patrons leaving the venue in question may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. This shall not be cause for refund.
Ticket Prices
GFN Productions reserves the right to change prices and/or offer discounted prices, without prior notice.
Resale
Tickets may not be resold or listed for resale without permission of GFN Productions.
Photography
Patrons grant GFN Productions a perpetual right to all photographs, video or audio recordings of the holder, should any be made at the performance by GFN Productions or its authorized representatives. Furthermore, patrons grant GFN Productions the right to record, use, reproduce, broadcast, sell and distribute any such material for both commercial and promotional purposes.
